Bupa EndoscopyDAY Customer Materials


This summer we produced a series of customer materials for the new Bupa Direct Access for You (DAY) programme’s first installment, EndoscopyDAY. These included:
  • Leaflets
  • Website
  • Video
  • Email announcements to agents/brokers, HR and eligible members
  • Letter to Bupa network providers
As usual, I drafted the English content first, which was later translated into Chinese by my colleagues. I also oversaw the design of the leaflets and website, and prepared the email sending lists.

This program is the first in a series of day case center networks for Bupa customers. Those who are eligible can use their medical cards to cover their treatment costs with no need to submit any claims afterwards.
