Overseeing the Marketing intranet page
Last year, Bupa launched a company-wide intranet site for all employees. In addition to the main news and home pages managed by the internal communications team, each department has their own page.
For Marketing, I was chosen to be the person in charge of our page. At the beginning of the project, I provided a layout of the flow and contents of our page for the vendor to set it up. Now I'm responsible for updating the content or added new items as needed.
The screenshot above shows the landing page for our Marketing intranet, including the feed where new items are published. The quick links on the right direct to sub-pages with links to awards, photos from Marketing events, member e-newsletters, resources such as holiday cards/stickers and the latest product promotions.
