Book Award #2

Last week, our office got the exciting news that one of our ELT titles had received an award. Idioms in Conversation, Volume I was named a finalist in the Children's Educational category of the 2014 International Book Awards.

This book is part of a three-volume series, which was one my projects, meaning I chose the idioms, commissioned the writers and edited the manuscripts, among other things. Read more about the series here.

In fact, another book I worked on, More Words Please: 600+ Adjectives, was also named a finalist in the Comics: Graphic Novels category of the same award contest last year.
